Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival may qualify for a full refund or replacement. Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a partial refund.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
